WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
Dedicated to quality and long-lasting pieces, all of our jewelry is either Sterling Silver or Gold-Fill. Neither will color your skin or change color themselves, with the exception of natural tarnish is not stored properly. Each order includes an anti-tarnish tab for proper storage.
Please note that Summer Love Cuff Bracelet is our only item that is not Sterling Silver or Gold-Fill. It is made of a mild steel with a zinc coating to prevent discoloration.
HOW DO YOU PROTECT THE PHOTOS?
A thin film is applied to the photo to protect the ink from smearing and water damage. We’ve tested (and tested and tested) to be sure these will stand the test of time and be quality keepsake pieces.
We’ve submerged the photo jewelry in water for 24+ hours and they look as good as they did when they went in. While this makes us confident in the durability of your jewelry, we still recommend not wearing any photo charms while showering or swimming.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PERSONALIZED JEWELRY?
Production time for personalized products is 1 week; this does not include shipping time.
For example, if you order on a Wednesday, your order will be made and ready to ship the following Wednesday, and then you need to add the shipping days for whichever shipping option you selected.
I currently offer USPS First Class Mail 7 days and USPS Priority Mail 2 days.
